Golden Eagle has an 80’ tall mast that was built for the “Whitbread Round The World Race”. The 24’ hand-painted eagle on her main sail took two men three weeks to paint. Homeward bound, we cruise/surf downwind listening to great music, while enjoying cocktails and snacks from our complimentary bar.”

Sail away The Biggest, The Fastest, The Best.
Sail aboard the Golden Eagle to a Real Deserted Island. Explore the island, look for shells or snorkel in crystal clear waters. Golden Eagle will nuzzle her bow into a fabulous golden sandy beach of the secluded Island of Tintamarre.

Our friendly crew will provide you with flotation and snorkeling equipment, together with any help you may need.

Please note that the island of Tintamarre is on the French side of St. Maarten and some nudity may be observed.

An alternate venue may be visited depending on sea conditions at the time

Friday Farewell Party Full day sail around the island
Tour departs from Bobby’s marina at 09.00 on Friday’s and sets sail for the natures island “Tintamarre” on the French side of St Martin. Enjoy the sailing with attentive crew and sounds of tropical island music. On arrival we enjoy the unspoilt beach and float in the crystal clear Caribbean waters, or drift over a nearby reef watching the citizens of another world.

We spend approximately one hour at this venue before setting sail to our next stop Creole Rock on the North west side of the St Martin. Here we have a 30 minute snorkel in this lively natural underwater garden, others may prefer to laze in the sun sipping a Rum punch before lunch.

Next we anchor on the beach at Grand Case restaurant strip where calm waters and beautiful vistas await. Lunch is an occasion to remember. Served in the shade on the beach we enjoy a 3 course meal.

Enjoy a cold glass of French wine and take time to swim in the ocean as we spend a relaxing two hours here.

The next leg of our round the island sailing voyage is past Marigot, Baie Rouge, La Samane and Sunset beach. Depending on our time and inclination a last dip in the ocean before returning with the setting sun to our dock in Great bay.Your day in paradise is litteraly one phone call away...

Champagne Sunset
After your arrival at Bobby’s Marina, walk across the dock to find yourself on the spacious Golden eagle. As we put up the sails, enjoy a refreshing cocktail from our 1st class crew. Snacks are served as the last rays of the sun cast reflections over the beautiful ocean .We make our way up north of the island to enjoy the view of the sun setting with the beautiful beaches. The stars appear, lucky enough to see a shooting star? As we cruise back to port , we enjoy hors d’ oeuvres and champagne cocktails.
